    Does GreenWave approve my grant?

    No. SEAI or the relevant scheme administrator decides eligibility, approval and payment. GreenWave prepares and organises information.

    Will my details automatically be sent to contractors?

    No. Contact consent and contractor-referral authorisation are separate. Nothing is shared until you provide the additional authorisation in your case.

    What if work has already started?

    The Navigator flags the case for special review because starting work before grant approval may affect eligibility.

    Is GreenWave an SEAI One Stop Shop?

    No. GreenWave provides homeowner-side preparation, coordination and technical review. Where a One Stop Shop route may be relevant, the Navigator identifies it for confirmation.

    What does the Preparation Pack provide?

    A branded report organising your property, upgrades, potential routes, missing documents, warnings, contractor questions and next steps. It does not guarantee a grant or replace professional design.
