Prepare for Your Engineer
- The engineer can access the outdoor unit.
- The engineer can access the indoor unit, cylinder, or plant area.
- The controller is accessible — don't lock the smart panel if possible.
- If there's an active fault code, leave it visible. Don't reset it before the visit.
- Please do not repeatedly restart the system in the days before the visit.
- Pets are secured if needed.
- Someone is available to explain the reported issue on the day.
- Have any previous service records available if possible.
